Refund & Return Policy - Cresta Mart

At Cresta Mart, we value our customers' satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds for orders within Pakistan.

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day Return & Exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Items damaged by the customer or showing signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as [Insert items like Innerwear, Skincare, or Cosmetics if applicable] cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Change of mind is not Applicable

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at 0321-5242212 or thecrestamart@gmail.com. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

5. Return Shipping Procedure

Customer Responsibility: For general returns (if you changed your mind or didn't like the product), the customer is responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse and paying the return shipping charges.
Cresta Mart Responsibility: If the product was damaged or incorrect, we will Cover the shipping costs for the return/exchange.

6. Refund Process (For Paid/Prepaid Orders)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5-7 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns

For COD orders, refunds will only be issued via Bank Transfer or Digital Wallets (EasyPaisa/JazzCash) after the product is safely returned to us.
