At Cresta Mart, we are committed to delivering your favorite products across Pakistan with speed and care.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We cover all major cities and rural areas through our trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it takes 12 to 24 hours to pack and dispatch your parcel from our warehouse.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: * Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2–3 Business Days.

    • Other Regions: 3–5 Business Days.

    • Note: Delivery might be delayed slightly during public holidays or due to unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,500.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below Rs. 2,500, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 will be charged.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience and trust, we offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. You only pay when you receive your parcel at your doorstep.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment.

6. Undelivered Parcels

Please ensure your address and contact number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us after 2-3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled.
